The LeRoi-Nickel Duo has been researching, arranging, and presenting ensemble keyboard music for over thirty years.
The Nickels studied with Philip Gehring at Valparaiso University in Indiana and with Harald Vogel at the Norddeutsche Orgelakademie.
Nancy spent a year studying with the legendary French organist Andre Marchal in Paris. The Duo has performed the small but intriguing
organ duet repertory throughout the Pacific Northwest and at concerts in England, France, and Germany. At their Berlin organ duet
recital in August of 1996, the critic at Die Welt wrote of their "virtuosic playing, a virtual swirling dance." As a piano duet team,
Timothy and Nancy LeRoi-Nickel have performed twice at Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall in New York and gave their UK debut at the
Purcell Room in 1990 after studying at the Guildhall School in London. The Duo has three CD's available on the Arsis label from E. C.
